You would never know there is  rental history here with its meticulously cared-for interiors & exterior.  Guest favorites include the expansive lakeside covered deck, the new firepit & indoor fireplace and the cove access, perfect for floating and exploring. Water depth averages 2 ft at the dock which makes it pontoon/ jet ski/fishing friendly and perfect for kayaking, boarding.  

Furnished including small appliances, dishware, furniture, furnishings, rugs, beds, bedframes, sofas, chairs, tables, etc. with the following Exclusions: 

Lamp on dresser of guest bedroom

Artwork and decor

Lamps and end tables in family room

Popcorn popper

Comforters and shams in primary and guest rooms - will replace

Solo stove and 6 polywood red Adirondack chairs

Traeger Grill and accessories

Rockers and white tables on porch and Adirondack chairs and tables at dock (Negotiable)

Note:  There is a Road maintenance agreement for Breezewood Road.   No HOA but there is a contribution annually to the road maintenance that varies depending on need - has averaged $200 a year in the past but was not collected in 2024.
